HERITAGE ACADEMY INDEPENDENCE TOUR
WILLIAMSBURG - WASHINGTON - GETTYSBURG - PHILADELPHIA

The Heritage Academy Independence Tour will immerse scholars into the cities and places that were instrumental in the birth of this Great Nation. Their experience begins with a step back in time into Colonial Williamsburg, where they will see how life would have been under British rule in the American Colonies. They will continue on a journey into Washington, DC, but while in route they'll visit the beautiful estate of George Washington's Mount Vernon. Scholars will then experience the iconic sites and monuments of our Nation's Capital, and maybe even meet one of America's Founding Fathers. The tour will culminate in the City of American Independence, Philadelphia, but not before we make stops in historic Gettysburg and Valley Forge. Scholars will walk the same halls as the signers of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution in Independence Hall. Each scholar will return home with a deep appreciation of the price of Independence, and the truly unique and incredible story of the establishment of the United States of America.
